🎨 **Limited Availability**: To ensure each Fuzzy Fix box is crafted with care, we open purchases to a limited number of Fuzzy Fans. This allows us to handcraft each box just for you, ensuring a unique experience.

🧶 **VIP Option**: We're offering a VIP option for $350! With Fuzzy Fix, you will be receiving three fun projects, and being a Fuzzy Fan, we thought you would love some special Fuzzy Gear! Our VIP’s, which is YOU, will get three of our favorites from our Goat Stuff event in your April box to further set you up for a delightful experience - items that even if you already have one, you can use more!

🔍 **1st 50 orders**: We're sending out our new Fuzzy’s Top Ravelry Search Tips that we created just for you, to the first 50 orders. We developed this tip sheet so that you can find even more satisfying projects.

🛍️ **Order Now, same price for the last 3 years**: When you order your own Fuzzy Fix curated box series, you’ll get that experience of a well-matched pattern and yarn, and a community to help you through the challenges to keep it fun rather than frustrating. We know you will feel joy and build confidence with your technique, and be aligned with your values of supporting small makers.

Return Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns  

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order. 

If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.
