Thea Colman's Dolcetto is a cute little top with a lot of options. Thea chose an elegant and detailed cable and played around with asymmetry. Within the cables, there’s a fun technique that adds a “wrap” to the crosses, so there’s also a simple new skill to play with in the motif. There's a v-neck and crew neck option, Melissa is knitting the crew neck.

Level 4 Cashmere: ready to add expert techniques, able to tangle with advanced techniques, finished a few garments in the round.

Skills you need:

knit and purl stitch
knitting in the round, have finished a circular project
have successfully used a knitting pattern with charts

Skills you’ll learn:

reading a gauge swatch
sizing, measuring yourself and ease in sweaters
marking up your sweater pattern
"work at the same time"
reading chart strategies
"fancy" cables
knitting a top bottom on in the round with armholes
separate at underarm and then knit flat
optional v-neck - Melissa is knitting the crew neck

Worsted Yarn, Alpakka Ull would be great!

Melissa Johnson is your Yarnista helping you plan your projects, texting you back & taking your phone orders! Melissa is an avid knitter, especially of sweaters (tennis & bridge player too). She taught herself to knit when she was living in Rhode Island right after college. She has three kids that keep her busy so we are very fortunate to have her serving alongside us!

Return Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order.

If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.
