As of 11.6.24 We’re offering a new, even more limited, edition of our Y'All Means All box to continue supporting and celebrating LGBTQ+ makers. This curated collection allows our community to craft with purpose while backing talented artisans who are making a positive impact through their creativity. It's a way to show love, inclusivity, and support for all. 

We contacted our previous makers, saying that we want to support them and asked them what they would like to include - so it will be similar, but different, than our previous 2 boxes. Orders as of 11.7.24 will ship in February (or sooner :).

🌈 Y'All Means All: A Celebration of LGBTQ+ Makers! 🌈

At Fuzzy Goat, we believe that knitting is for everyone. Our Y'All Means All curated box celebrates the creativity and diversity of LGBTQ+ makers. After such a warm response to our previous edition (selling out in 12 hours!), we're bringing back a new edition of beautifully curated products, allowing you to support talented LGBTQ+ artisans and fill your stitching with purpose. Y'All know that we've written about What Pride Month means to Cadence as a Mom and Shop Owner. We're putting ourselves out there for our values, because LGBTQ+ are part of our people. It's not easy to be in a small Southern town and say so, but we're excited to take these steps as a Southern 🍑 Yarn Shop in offering this specially curated box.

These artists bring something truly unique to our world, and we're thrilled to share their work with you. We will (and have) included these makers in our other curated boxes and we have found new, delightful makers to include. Cadence's own mom would be tickled to have these items.

Return Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns  

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order. 

If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.
