Designed to offer addictive comfort and unfettered fun. Hand dyed, so that each pair is authentic. 75% extrafine superwash merino 25% nylon. They do run large, the Medium we have here fits Euro size 38-42.
Each pair purchased plants a tree in Africa.
We dye our wool by hand before the socks are knit. Variations in the amounts of dye absorbed by the fibre with each stroke or dip of color create a stimulating tonal intensity along the wool's surface. While our methods ensure high color consistency, the nature of hand dyeing rewards each pair with a degree of originality.
Due to nature of hand dyeing, colors may fade out slightly in time. Wash with cool water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Do not iron. Dry flat.
To prolong the life of your socks, we advise hand wash.
Return Policy
To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.
If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy
If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday
Shipping Policy
We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order.
If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.
