We learned how to run reports on our best selling categories, and no surprise: for us that is Bags and Kits! Our next step was to look at our vendor reports and see if there are some items in these categories that we need to reorder NOW, and other items that we may need to be in a flash sale NOW to get the resources for those new reorders! I know, I just took you to "shop school" with me, but this stuff just fascinates me!
