Our Market Trip
Here's a little recap of our market trip!
On the 1st day we were overwhelmed, then we made a plan by checking what we should reasonably spend in each month and in each yarn weight. PLUS we had a rule that we had to know what we would all make the yarn we were choosing.
Turns out we are pretty proud of our notions game - we didn't find anything better than the vendors we get to work with on that front. We cheered on Kayleigh of All Stitch Studio and Katrinkles at market. Katy, from Katrinkles, was ready for us and had some new ideas to show us! We love being good friends with our makers!
And we couldn't have done it without our Ori London backpacks and crossbodies.
Following our rule of knowing what to make: we made lots of custom kits
- Fade poncho from Keenan Yarns - made different color kits!
- Dubblo hat, Oh So Chic cowl + scarf from our friends at Urth
We found lots of new Patterns to go with new yarns, some that we can't wait to make are:
- Blue Sky Fibers Cotton Sweater - Pasadena Sweater
- Isager - Swirl pullover
- Robinia pullover for our new farm raised, plant dyed, non-superwash yarns, Mitchell Wool Company - we'll be their first stockist in the South!
This new kits and pattern was just released and were one of the 1st shops to get this - Antelope Valley Snood
We spent a lot of time with our friends at
- Sweet Georgia Yarns
- Manos del Uruguay
- Polka Dot Sheep
- Pascuali
- Madelinetosh
We’re always on the lookout for new dyers for you, and we didn’t find much to top the fabulous indies we get to bring to you already:

- Copper Corgi Fiber Studio
- Emma’s Yarns
- Farmers Daughter Fibers
- Knit Collage

And we found some new patterning/stripy sock yarn that comes in 2 identical hanks!
